Journal of Highway and Transportation Research and Development, established in 1984, is in charge of Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China and sponsored by Research Institute of Highway Ministry of Transport. T After nearly 40 years of dedicated work in this field, it has become an authoritative academic journal in highway transportation. It is published monthly and distributed domestically and internationally. The International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) is 1002-0268, and the domestic publication number is CN11-2279/U. It is currently a monthly publication, distributed both domestically and internationally. The domestic postal distribution code is 2-480, and the international distribution code is M3756. Since 1992，It has been honorably selected as a core journal in A Guide to the Core Journals of China for nine consecutive times. In 2021, it was ranked as a Tier 1 journal in the highway transportation category of the 'High-Quality Scientific Journal Classification Directory' by the China Association for Science and Technology". Scope of Publication
The journal primarily publishes scientific research and engineering practice papers in the field of road transportation that are innovative and practical. The content focuses on scientific research, technological development, engineering technical innovation, and industry innovation. Papers are required to be of a high academic standard with novel research methods. Priority is given to reporting the research results of the National Natural Science Foundation projects and other important projects.
Target Audience:
The primary audience includes researchers, engineering technicians, and economic management professionals in the field of highway transportation, as well as faculty and students from universities offering majors related to highway and transportation.
